PROFILE

Morrie Golcheh is a seasoned real estate development executive with over four decades of experience in architectural engineering, construction management, and large-scale project coordination. He earned his degree in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and has since led transformative projects across Texas and California.
In San Antonio, Morrie served as an Owner’s Representative and Client Liaison at Orah Wall Construction and Orah Wall Investments—one of the region’s premier development firms. There, he was the liaison for the acquisition, development, of a robust $350 million portfolio, spearheading high-impact commercial and residential ventures.
Upon relocating to California, Mr. Golcheh became the Project Manager for the landmark $7 billion Norton Air Force Base Redevelopment Project. His leadership contributed to the revitalization of this massive mixed-use site, which included aviation, industrial, commercial, retail, and residential components.
Throughout Los Angeles, Morrie has successfully led the acquisition, planning, and development of numerous projects—each brought to completion with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and community integration.
Currently, as the senior liaison for The Meridian Group, Mr. Golcheh orchestrates seamless collaboration among clients, architects, interior design, engineers, city officials, and construction teams. His dedication to streamlined execution and full client satisfaction has made him a trusted figure in complex, high-stakes developments.
