- Collaborate on developing residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities range from feasibility studies to preparation of construction documents following established office standards.
- Develop design drawings and coordination from schematic design through construction documents.
- Coordinate related work with engineering consultants and incorporate their work as part of the construction documentation.
- Prepare building applications and paper work for city submittals and permits.
- Conduct on-site observations and inspections of work during construction to monitor compliance with construction documents.
- Design and production of 3D modeling and renderings.
- Design and updating company webpage layout.
